Niagara Flow Psychology is currently seeking full- or part-time associates to support the growing needs of our community. We invite applications from autonomous or supervised psychologists, psychological associates, psychologists-in-training (graduate students pursuing their Ph.D. in Clinical or Counselling Psychology) as well as registered psychotherapists and social workers.
Our ideal candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EFT, and ACT, while maintaining the flexibility to tailor interventions according to client needs and preferences. Positions & Qualifications

Autonomous or Supervised Practice
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counselling or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
Full registration and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Applicants in Supervised Practice and working toward full registration will also be considered.
Experience in a clinical setting, including conducting psychological assessments and providing treatment, is essential.
Strong clinical skills and a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders are necessary.
Thorough knowledge of the ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
