Niagara Flow Psychology is currently seeking full- and part-time associates to support the growing needs of our community. We invite applications from autonomous or supervised psychologists, psychological associates, psychologists-in-training (graduate students pursuing their Ph.D. in Clinical or Counselling Psychology) as well as registered psychotherapists and social workers.

Our ideal candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EFT, and ACT, while maintaining the flexibility to tailor interventions according to client needs and preferences. Positions & Qualifications

  • Autonomous or Supervised Practice

    • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counselling or School Psychology from an accredited institution.

    • Full registration and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Applicants in Supervised Practice and working toward full registration will also be considered.

    • Experience in a clinical setting, including conducting psychological assessments and providing treatment, is essential.

    • Strong clinical skills and a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders are necessary.

    • Thorough knowledge of the ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Autonomous or Supervised Practice

    • Completion of M.A., in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from an accredited institution.

    • Full registration and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Applicants in Supervised Practice and working toward full registration will also be considered.

    • Working toward registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

    • Experience in a clinical setting, including conducting psychological assessments and providing treatment, is essential.

    • Strong clinical skills and a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders are necessary.

    • Experience in a clinical setting and providing assessment and treatment, is essential.

    • Strong clinical skills and a thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders are necessary.

    • Thorough knowledge of the ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
